The channel was born in 2006, when the company that manages the information portal Libertad Digital decides to take a leap into the audiovisual field and compete in local DTT licensing competitions, with the intention of making a channel dedicated mainly to information marked from a liberal point of view. The channel began its TDT broadcasts in tests only in the Community of Madrid, on October 19, 2006, and subsequently began its information services and regular programming on January 15, 2007.
