News TV Channel / HGPTV Channel 16 started as a community station in 1993, it is privately owned and was founded by Mr Terry Nelson Fraser (Omar Farouk). The company has evolved into a multimedia company and has since changed its name to HGPTV- Omar Farouk Inc. HGPTV is licence to transmit on 2 channels: HGPTV ch-16/Cable 67 – The Movie and Entertainment Channel and Channel 23 /Cable 74 HGPTV Sports Network. Our aim is to educate, empower and entertain our audience. Raise awareness and bring about changed behaviour in and around our community.
