Éclair Television is a Guadeloupian television channel created in 1985 in Basse-Terre by the Moradel brothers (Alain Moradel and Mario Moradel). In 2012, the chain inaugurated an antenna in Jarry, on Baie-Mahault territory, to create a cultural bridge between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre 1.
