Somos una Compañía Televisora, which began broadcasting on March 12, 2004, in the city of El Progreso, in the department of Yoro, Honduras. Its founder and General Manager, businessman Juan Antonio Bendeck and his family, seeing the positive response and support received from the inhabitants of that city, decided to expand their project and achieve that in May of the same year, the State company CONATEL, to grant them the formal license to operate Channel 48 with an open television signal and with greater coverage for the Sula Valley region.
